Description
MyWilts enables you to book services and report issues to Wiltshire Council simply, quickly and easily.
The services available include reporting road and street issues, fraud and trading standards in the Wiltshire Council area. You can attach documents, photos or videos to provide additional information and pinpoint exact locations using the mapping software on your device.
When you submit your case, it goes to the relevant Wiltshire Council team for actioning. Cases may be submitted anonymously for most services, however, this means we would be unable to provide you with updates on the progress of your case. If you register as a user, you will be able to view updates as the case progresses.

Ratings and Reviews
Disappointing
My Wiltshire is/was more intuitive. Map-based interaction for lots of the Council’s functions doesn’t work for everyone. Some guidance as to how to use the app would be helpful.
Do you need to create an account? What happened to the My Wiltshire accounts? How do you get feedback on a report if your My Wiltshire account hasn’t been transferred? What is the organisation that tracks (referred to in a pop up box) if you conclude that you’re expected to register for a second account in addition to My Wiltshire? Is this a Beta version?
I can’t believe my tax paying money went towards this!
A major update has recently been released. This is rendered the app completely useless. You are unable to see any past cases without getting an error message and even the help section is bugged and cannot be used ! I can’t believe how poorly this has been made, and we effectively paid for it !
V2.2.17 has broken most things
I can’t report anything using the latest version. I keep getting ‘missing page’ errors. Help section is empty too, so no way to contact developers. Please get this fixed urgently!
