Just like the website, the Milk & More app allows you to place and alter orders up to 9pm the night before your next delivery day. You can also pause your deliveries whenever you like, making it easy to control and keep track of your orders no matter where you are.
Whether you need a single pint of milk in one of our traditional glass bottles, or enough food and drink to feed the entire family for a week, our milkmen and women will make sure your order is waiting on your doorstep by the time you wake up.

Really useful, works exactly as needed
Been using Milk and More for a couple of years, but always via their website. However as of the time of writing (mid COVID 19) the website isn’t updating correctly so I looked for an app. I was pretty put off by the negative reviews but have found them to be rather Ill founded.
Whilst the user interface is basic, it works exactly as you need. I can easily add to any of my 3 weekly delivery slots, all currently available items are shown within the shop and I can easily modify quantities or remove items from my existing regular order.
Thank you Milk and More for providing such an excellent service during such a difficult time.
Consistently fails at managing/changing orders
For me, something seems to have fundamentally failed between the app and M&M’s back-end systems, making the app impossible to use for anything except adding new items to orders. Any time I want to make any other change, such as amending quantities or removing items from a regular order, or setting a holiday, whatever update/amend action is supposed to happen between the app and M&M either fails or gets irretrievably mixed up. The app says “holiday added!” or “order successfully amended!” but invariably whenever I check back hours, days, or weeks later (even after having force closed the app) it’s as if I never set the holiday or amended the order. Every time I have to close the app and log in to the website instead to make the change, or call up. However even after doing that, I’ve occasionally noticed removed items reappearing in my regular order weeks after being removed, almost as if the app isn’t just failing to log their removal, it’s adding them back in after I’ve removed them on the website. It’s coming to the point where we’re considering going with another provider as these hassles just take all the ease out of the service. The app gets one star because the graphic design of the interface is pretty nice I guess? But I’m really confused by some of these other reviews which are like “it took three tries to get it to recognise my order, but it’s a convenient service, so four stars!”
Terrible service
We have had a weekly delivery with Milk and More for some time. At some point in January they changed drivers and we stopped getting deliveries. I had to call up after each delivery and complain, spend about 30mins on each call convincing them the order hadn’t turned up, and each time they’d eventually claim to believe me and promise it would get fixed the next week, though never was. Then a period came where they cancelled orders for some weeks because of logistics issues. Then some weeks later again, I checked the history, they had charged for multiple deliveries none of which were delivered. I called up yet again and they refused to refund because I hadn’t informed them in a short enough time span. This is despite them not delivering a single weekly delivery over a 13 week period, and cumulatively wasting hours of my time on the phone. Have cancelled account, don’t go near them with a barge pole.
