No service menu after update

So far terrible experience

It's my first day with the device and I already want to throw it away. So far the experience with the app and device is terrible. When I finally paired it with the app I've received the pop up message that the new firmware update is on so I've press update and then after some time I've got the message that the update failed, tried again with the same result and now when device is connected it has a red light (before was green) and I cannot connect with it through the Bluetooth with my phone. Was looking great and was waiting for it to arrive but now I'm angry that I waisted my money on this. Will try to contact with the seller for the new one or refund.

Does not have all models

I purchased an AP200 and downloaded this software as it was advertised as covering all models.

My Maserati is a 2017 and the software in the app only lists as high as 2016, and one of the changes between those years was the electronic parking brake design, so it won’t communicate with my car. This was the only reason I purchased the AP200 so it’s frustrating that it’s listed as supporting “all functions” when that isn’t the case.
