Here's what’s new in version V2.11 :
Our map theme update introduces enhanced Points of Interest and more detailed information, making it easier for you to locate and save Home, Work, and Favourites destinations. Customers using the 'Send to Car' feature can now also use the Map to share destination addresses directly with their in-car navigation system.
In the support form: you can now upload an image or a screenshot on your support form query.
Ratings and Reviews
Great idea, needs improvements. Now sorted.
The app is a great idea, being able to connect and control the car’s functions getting ready to travel.
In reality, the connection is intermittent and when refreshing, nothing happens. It’s like the car does not see the instructions/ requests.
Very frustrating when trying to set up a charging schedule via the app or looking to see the car’s status but it won’t refresh and the last update was 17 hours ago.
UPDATE, as requested by Lexus, I have tried connecting via the app a few times now since I was informed the connective services issue has been resolved, and it works every time..

This Let’s Lexus Down
Having just bought a new RX I am new to the app. It fails to update the car condition, send to car navigation doesn’t seem to work, it’s far from intuitive and oh so slow when you refresh it. I haven’t tried it yet but the climate options look good - hopefully they work! I’ve come off the Mercedes Me app. It was so much better in layout, colour contrasts to make reading easier and better to navigate round it. If they can do it there’s no excuse for Toyota. Please get it sorted.
I am pleased to report that the app is now updating and the current condition of the car is showing. I still can’t see a way to send a route to car but, reading comments elsewhere, I believe this is a known problem. I did manage to demist the car via the app which is useful.
I hope that all of the comments from all drivers lead to an improvement in the app.

App works better than previous one
I have only just realised there was a revised version of the link app. This later one seems to connect better to my car( Nx450 plug in hybrid) and loads data faster. The analysis of eco driving on trips made does not seem to go as far back as the first app did…? I find being able to monitor the charge level and time left etc , very valuable as I do all my charging at home. The Eco tips are encouraging too.
