Our map theme update introduces enhanced Points of Interest and more detailed information, making it easier for you to locate and save Home, Work, and Favourites destinations. Customers using the 'Send to Car' feature can now also use the Map to share destination addresses directly with their in-car navigation system.
In the support form: you can now upload an image or a screenshot on your support form query.

Problems Seem to be Sorted

I think the issues below were related to the old car not being removed - I removed it but it still seemed to be there. I deleted the app, reinstalled - saw the old car still there - deleted it again and now everything seems fine. I love being able to warm the car before getting in. Will email if I get further issues. Thanks. Gutting - just got our new Carolla to replace our previous Carola and told to get new app. Everyday - I have to confirm the mileage to be able to use it … today it just crashed and crashed (think this might be an issue with face recognition btw). Excited for the new functionality to put the heating on before getting in the car … a dream come true .. but if I have to go to the car to input the mileage Or the app just crashes … what is the point? Had random messages that the doors are unlocked - the car is on my drive - I can see it has no doors open - it’s locked with the wing mirrors folded just as I have left it. What testing has been done? .. what customer experience analysis? For the biggest car manufacturer in the world - this is just not good enough. To top it all .. just had a message that I have no control because someone else has - probably my husband … worst app I have ever ever had the misfortune to HAVE to use.

Climate control in morning

Hi I have had my car since February this year and I have never had my remote control working correctly. It’s either this or that is wrong and I am bewildered Somebody needs to get their finger out of the pudding and sort it out . I’m still having problems and cheesed off with it and will not be buying another Toyota until you get your act together. don’t publish a car until you have it right so that customers do not have the same problems. I’m having Toyota wake up.

It don’t do everything it should

The app service schedule is a total joke in the app, the dealer records your mileage at service and enter it in to the app, the app then tells you it’s telling you how long before the next service but it doesn’t tell you the trough mileage to the next service, the app tells you how many miles the car as traveled in total form new not from last service, so if you had a service within the year but before the 10,000 mile the system will tell you your next service is at 20,000 but it’s not the car must be serviced before you have travelled 10,000 from your last service the system should be more accurate as this is the most important part in my eyes and the Toyota app will make you loose you warranty!!!

It don’t do everything it should, loads of features not working and Toyota doesn’t have a fix for it so why not change the app blurb to inform persons it’s not working, why not tell person before they by the vehicle it’s not working and you won’t get all the features.
The app logs your journeys and gives you a score informing you of your distance travelled, time, and mpg, it even tells you if you brake or accelerate hard it’s not accurate. Recently it has stated to miss journeys and not record them giving you incorrect information in the app as mileage and mpg is different to the car.
