Worked at the start

So have been using the scales and app for a few weeks and was fine starting off, hopped on the scales and the app would update and display the data. Now I hop on, my phone shows the weight fine but nothing else in the app updates, it still shows the weight from the last time it worked and I then need to add in the weight manually but that means I’m not getting any other info so it’s rather pointless. It shows my weight correctly but just doesn’t update on my profile…

Well what can you say, downloaded the app, created an account, signed in and stepped on the scales and everything filled in on the app as it said it would. Went into my iPhone health app and found all the data had just filled itself in on my phone. No fuss, no kefuffel if you use the app as it should be used. My only points would be, remember to save your log in details as they’re not saved automatically on your phone and the instructions could be slightly better. Because everything worked as it said it would, it gets 5 stars from me.

Poor colour coding and terrible English.

The colour coding of scores is misleading; it seems more to do with having a range of pretty colours rather than using red for warnings, green for in range etc. Rhis necessitates looking at every individual data page to get an accurate reading rather than the overview page.

Also the English language used is very poor. I realise the developers’ native tongue is not English but for something as important as health it would’ve helped to have it checked by a native speaker.

For example “health will always accompany your clatter” is nonsensical. It gives our strange advice not related to the actual results.

It would also be useful to be able to see change graphs over time for all measurements rather than just the snapshot. I can do this for any data item which is transferred to Apple Health but not the others, which makes progress tracking difficult.
