Best Tracker for Weight Loss!

I’ve tried MFP, Lose it, NHS App etc… this is the best of them all. After you input your height, weight, exercise you do per week etc. it works out how many calories you should have (restricted for weight loss) and, crucially, sets you a protein target. This coupled with a daily step target is a guaranteed fat loss system. What makes the App even more impressive is the ease in recording what you eat - you do just that RECORD it by speaking into a ‘text message box’. Or you can type it in! Or you can take a picture of the food (again in the App) and AI works it all out! Your food is logged, protein worked out and calories deducted. Simple! You are kept motivated by brilliant, science based informative podcasts too! Even more motivation provided by a designated WhatsApp and Facebook group too! Help is on hand and queries answered immediately! It also has a weekly check in which, again, automatically alters your calories/protein or steps to ensure your weight loss journey is a success. Don’t just take my word for it … get a free 7 day trial - I did and I was hooked … oh and losing weight ♥️

Do you want to change your mind and body

If you are looking for a quick fix and instant results, then this app is not for you . This app will change your life if you follow the advice and trust in it but also in yourself . You have to be 100% honest and track track and then track . I have tried everything thing . Short of surgery and even that has been a thought . Parrot pal has helped me to take ownership on what I am eating, but there is nothing I can’t have . There is nothing off limits. I have eaten cake and McDonald’s and steak and thick peppercorn sauce .. I eat what I want but within the calories that have been given to me based on the information I give it . I have not lost pounds but I feel wonderful . I am not Hungary I am well fed and I have lost inches . I feel better and have so much more energy. My skin is cleaner because I drink more . Not because I am told to but because my mindset is different . I have trust in what I can achieve and i am keeping things simple . Parrot pal has shown me this and i know its changing my life when nothing else has x thank you Scott and all the parrot team x

Smart and Easy to use so far 🚀

I downloaded this app yesterday, and got my first Apple Watch yesterday also, so was really excited to get started on my weight, health and lifestyle goals. I am not disappointed as it’s easy to use, I love the recipe ideas and am quite astounded with the AI technology, it blew my mind when I first saw ParrotPal on my partners phone 🤯 I had to have it myself 😁 It’s very clear, easy to navigate and I managed to link it my Apple Watch to support my journey easily. I will definitely be subscribing for the year and I will certainly recommend this app to anyone who is serious about making body, health and lifestyle change with a mind shift. I also found the podcast really useful even though I’m only on day two. I haven’t exercised for years and am finally evicting this extra weight with this app. I recommend to start the trial, listen to the podcasts and take it one day at a time. It’s great teamed up with the Apple Watch too. Thank you ParrotPal and to my partner who is also a member here as he recommended it 🦜💜💪🏽
