Everlast Gyms 12+

After plant breakdowns… the facilities are becoming more stable with a better quality. My gripe is that most jobs are “half a job” ie the showers are advertised as being shut for 4 days they open again after 3! But… although most of the floor tiles have been replaced, the paint on the ceiling is peeling, half the showered no not work properly, most of the soap dispensers are damaged / empty, wall tile grout is mouldy in places and could do with a deep clean, Why not do a “proper” job whilst the facilities are closed… Is it all down to cost?

Absolutely appalled at the state of this app and general support available from Everlast Gyms/Sports Direct on membership access.

Re-registered with Everlast Gyms in the last few days after not using them for a couple of years, using an existing login. Couldn’t set up a ‘new account’ with my email since they kept prompting me about my account still existing.

Not only have they somehow managed to change and mess up key contact information on my existing member account during the reactivation process (which I have no way of being able to rectify online), but the app refuses to work with my account login. To add insult to injury, I’m somehow paying *more* for access to a ‘Pro’ version of the app (that obviously isn’t accessible) with no way of getting support online.

To make matters worse, there’s also no way to report these issues to the developer directly or to Apple via the App Store (Apple directs you back to the developer support website, which just throws up a ‘page can’t be found’ error).

After reading the comments on the App Store, I can see that this has not been fixed or addressed. If you are considering joining Everlast Gyms, take extreme care before committing to membership.

I have just signed up and within a day the app does not work one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used…or tried to use in this case! You need the app to generate the barcode to get into the gym I have not even got to that stage yet and the app does not work it won’t let me sign in with the same passcode I literally just set it how does it not work! Not impressed at all the whole point of joining a new gym was to make the experience more convenient for me and at the first hurdle it’s a total fail. I don’t even know what the other features are on the app because I can’t even get into it. Really annoyed! I have been a member for 2 days and I am not impressed with this awful app!
