One problem…

I have been using this app for around two years now and have found it to be great. I have bought all packages and highly recommend, though recently with the new update that the game went through I have been using it less and less due to the new formatting and overall new design of the game. This is not the main problem though as I have found certain things harder to do where as before they had been easy for example, changing the colour of materials is now a little less simple than it used to be and I have checked out the new help videos, my only suggestion to make this game better would be just to change the formatting of materials and furniture back to the way it had been or at least put up more tutorials explaining the changes to make the change less difficult to adjust to. As I have spent quite a bit of money on this game over time and wish to be able to use it more easily.

This is my favourite and most user friendly design package. It depends what you are looking for in a design package, but this one is great for customers and builders alike. The 2D plan gives exact wall thicknesses and lengths and widths, while the 3D element allows customers to walk through a virtual design made in 2D and even allows for decorations, choice of carpets, textures, fabrics, and furniture, allowing you to see if your choice of colours/wallpaper will work in the room. The 2D plan will save and print off if you buy the app rather than stick to the free version. I designed my home extension on it, printed out the blueprint for the architect, and along with his own inspections and measurements, drew my plans for the builder! I then used the ability to copy in digital samples of wallpaper I liked and furniture most like what I intended to buy, and had a virtual walk around my design. It helped me see which choices worked and which didn’t. My real life extension was almost identical to the 3D print outs of the decor, and friends thought I’d paid a designer to decorate my home!! Excellent app, highly recommend, well worth paying for.

Amazing App!

This is one of my absolute favorite apps, and I only have two or three suggestions. This app works well free, you can view a project in 3D, 2D and visit it like it would look in real life, but the downside is you can’t save a project on the free version. I upgraded on both an iPhone and an iPad, to the classic version. The classic version lets you save projects, have three floors, and gives you access to most objects. Then I upgraded to the gold version, which gives you access to all the objects and items. This is absolutely worth the money for the gold version. Then I really wanted unlimited floors, so I upgraded again to the gold plus version. On this you can have as many floors as you want, view in AR and lots of other things as well as no ads. On my iPhone it was free to upgrade to classic, which is good. I currently have gold on my IPhone and gold plus on my iPad.
Now, I have a few suggestions to improve the app.
- Make classic free, people are really disappointed when they have to pay to save a project and they will probably go find a different app.
- Add an option to make a roof for a house. It looks really unnatural.
- Make unlimited borders as well as floors on the gold plus version, because I had to create a new project to extend a house. (Borders as in the red line)
- If possible, in objects, include furniture from real stores such as Ikea or Argos.
