Losing its appeal
When I first purchased the camera this app worked fine, THEN they started to update it. They say ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’, someone at this app company should listen. None of the versions of the app have worked since the start of updates over a year ago. It’s now become laggy (up to FIVE minutes behind), unable to connect (even though the router is 1 metre away from both the camera and iPad, a waste of iPad memory. It’s such a shame as it’s a great camera let down by the app developers
Poor app
While the camera is good, HM311, the app is very poor. From Chinese being in some of the options, to continual false recordings of movement, to a poor mechanism on it reports activity. It needs a big update!
I have another camera that uses cloudedge which is a much better app.

The camera is good but app lets it down they don’t want you to use it with a card !
footage on the app gets less & less over time and app will open about 1 time in 30
You still get pings when intruders are breaking in but don’t expect to see who it is or what they are dragging out of your house as the app won’t open.
if the makers of the app Remove the intentional bug that is destroying card users ability to view footage
