Unable to update WiFi Settings
Absolutely totally frustrating app. It saying that it only takes five minutes. We have been over a hour trying to sort out the WiFi setting.
Unable to Update WiFi Details
If you follow the instructions from GivEnergy App, you have to use this App and you need to scan the barcode on the side of the Inverter. This page of the App doesn’t F-word WORK. Plus you are unable to manually insert the WiFi details.
KINDLY UPDATE THE APP SO THAT IT WORKS
Error while updating the firmware
Dongle firmware update process failing while connecting to the inverter’s network. No instructions about how to resolve it.
