On seeing two gentlemen from the UK in the advert for this camera, I thought I would support a local business. my sentiments are the same as to Toodle pip being older needing to have some security outside of thought brilliant. It’s absolutely rubbish., Please don’t buy if you expect a good camera it’s completely an utterly rubbish. When you download the app on your phone, it doesn’t let you in. It keeps crashing and you just can’t even get on it.
I would like a refund please it takes weeks and weeks to come and it is very flimsy and not what I expected at all the boxes rubbish that it comes in. so I’ve wasted my money and don’t even have a good camera and can’t even login on apps. What a waste of time. Refund please

With having disabilities and being on benefits, it took me a while to decide on which kind of “security” would be best for me. I found this FTYCAMPRO advert and thought it looked great, so I ordered 2! I’ve been waiting weeks and weeks for them to arrive, and they finally came today! I have spent the best part of a whole day trying to get them to work and now the App won’t even load… says it’s not available in my country!!?? There was NO indication ANYWHERE stating Country compatibility!!! I can’t afford to throw money away no matter how little or how much it is!!! This has distressed me greatly!! Does anyone know who I can speak to or to get a refund from please???

I bought 4 of these and it has been a complete waste of money. Minimal instructions about how to set up a camera, absolutely no instructions about how to use the camera. I have an engineering degree and am very practical but this equipment is just rubbish. I thought I might be able to leave the house for a day or more and be able to check on what’s happening back at the house but the battery only lasts a few hours. What is the point in that? It claims to ‘catch cheaters’, ‘oversee belongings’ and ‘protect your property’ but not if the battery runs out in less than one day! Rubbish! Rubbish! Rubbish!
