Only company option to choose from is Kier when starting app, I’m with Rolls-Royce and we have just had our shares moved to Equiniti from Equate Plus. Equate app was perfect. This app is useless for me as is. If the app is anything to go by, I think I will get my money out sharpish.

This is an excellent app, with a far superior user interface over their website. It’s a really easy way for me to view all of my work based savings plans. However, it is limited in what you can do through the app vs the website. Most annoyingly, it repeatedly logs you out of the app which means you need to chose your employer and register all over again- very annoying. I don’t understand why it asks you to create a pin, and even allows you to enable FaceID, but next time you go to use the app it’s forgotten everything and you have to start again. Please try to improve this. It has some great potential.

The App is clear, easy to use and accessible. However it is also unreliable. As previously mentioned by other reviewers you can create a pin and enable Face ID, however next time you log in an error will pop up and you’ll have to put your details in all over again. Sometimes it will then not recognise those details and only accept them on the desktop site.
A shame because the details are clear and the app is easy to use, but it is just too unstable and unreliable.
