This app is for members of a workplace plan administered by Fidelity International. You can log in using your existing Fidelity PlanViewer log in details, or register using your Fidelity Reference number via this app or online at planviewer.fidelity.co.uk.

Update has taken away best feature
The best thing about the app was the ability to click on plan & learn: it would then show you a projection of income at retirement.
This has now been removed, and now you have to go onto the website, input loads of options to get a projection that is too vague to be helpful. Gutted
Impossible to access
When I click on my app it states that an update is required. I press ‘update’, it takes me to the ‘open’ display on the App Store, I click it and it states it requires an update. I removed the app and all its data and re-downloaded it and am again met with the cycle of not being able to open because of an update so update it and met with unable to open due to requiring update. The funny thing is I’m trying to access to switch 2 previous pension pots over. Having second thoughts now..
Terrible App for a multi Billion Dollar Company
I installed this app a year ago. Initially, it worked, albeit not very well, it was just about functional enough to view my pot. However, for the past six months, I can’t even log in as the app shows nothing but a blank white screen.
This is absolutely disgraceful for a company managing billions in funds and earning significant profits. It’s unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app for something as basic as account access. Fidelity seriously needs to step up and provide a reliable app for its users.
