If I could do zero stars I would it’s an absolute nightmare this app like. I find myself using the online version as this does not refresh and it still says it’s sending an email from 1 month ago!! I haven’t received anything on it for months either but I have received about 10 since on the online version?? Please either scrap it and start again from scratch or sack your developers. This is my contact with my other half and I know I’m not alone in saying how much it means to receive one of these emails so the service should at least work. For some people it’s their only contact so howay man get it sorted as it’s more than useless. Yes I’ve deleted and reinstalled and the same problem. Please sort this out especially with how widely on prisons this is rolled out it should at least work. If I relied on this solely I would seriously think something was wrong or something had happened to my other half by no contact for a month!!

I thought it may have been something I did or my internet connection a bit dodge! However on reading the other review on here, seems this app full of bugs/ issues. I cannot tell you how many times I have spent serious amounts of time, composing an email - only to find after a very prolonged ‘sending process’ the email just vanishes!! Really frustrating. I wanted to sign up for the ‘neat-phone’ facility, but even that seems plagued with problems - as keeps flagging message ‘connection problems’ and searches for ‘something?’ Continuously. So can’t be relied upon?
It’s a shame as initially it was great, but after several months it began failing and continues to do so!
I have emailed developer describing the problems, but they not got back to me. So it’s a great idea/ super app - but poorly executed. 👎

So for a month and a half virtual visitations was working now over this last week it’s suddenly stopped working it last worked Saturday the 5th of October but since then i have not been able to be connected for 3 sessions today being the most important one bringing me and my partners to tears as she is seeing other people connected to there loved one but can’t even get to see her even her sister couldn’t get through on there end its saying im joining but nothing is happening and because of this my other half is thinking of stop doing virtuals we are a long distance away from each other and this is a joke how we cant see her it is discussing
