Does not work for customers in Northern Ireland
It’s very disappointing to note that the app does not work for customers in Northern Ireland. To make matters worse there is no warning or information about this on the app. The App allows you to register but when you try to log in with the same details that you use for logging in via an internet browser all you get is a bland message saying details not correct please try again. Come on Electric Ireland can you not do something to make the App work for your customers in Northern Ireland !
