Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant.

We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.

As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready.

Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan.


Subscription options:
- You can download the app for free and create/customize as many unique meal plans as you want, and save one to your account.
- To unlock the features of Eat This Much Premium, you can subscribe for either the monthly or yearly description.

Auto-renew details:
- The price to subscribe in your currency will be shown in the app before confirming the subscription.
- After the free trial has ended, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account.
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period (the auto-renew will continue with the same frequency that you select, either the monthly price for the monthly subscription or yearly price for the yearly subscription).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you initially paid.
- Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your iTunes Account Settings.
- If you cancel your subscription or turn off auto renew in the middle of a billing cycle your account will remain premium until the end of that cycle.

Apple health integration:
Apple health syncing can be enabled in Settings -> Apple Health -> Enable Apple Health syncing for Premium users.

When Apple Health is enabled:
- your weight will automatically import and export when you login and when you view your user profile
- nutrition information will automatically export for meals marked "I ate this" when they are first viewed in the app and as you edit them

It really works!

I’ve been using this app for about 4 weeks now and I have finally seen some results after trying other things. I’ve always exercised a lot but never felt like I looked like I exercised as much as I did! I’ve tried calorie counting in the past but it just wasn’t working for me and felt like I wasn’t giving my body the nutrition it needed but when my friend told me about macros I tried to do that instead and found it too complicated to work out what to eat to get what I needed. I found this app and decided to give it a go, and after a couple of weeks and a few emails to the support team, I got my head around all the functions and settings and now have it working perfectly so I eat food I like every day and hit all my macros. I enjoy every meal that I eat and I never feel hungry and the results speak for themselves. If I could add a photo, I would show you! I wouldn’t hesitate to give this app a try - especially if you are trying to get lean/ build muscle. I also can’t have dairy so the option to miss food groups altogether eg veggie/ vegan/ dairy free etc was a massive help. I also like being able to block foods/ meals I don’t like and add reoccurring for often (so it mixes it up each week) and always for things like a roast dinner on a Sunday. I’ve raved about the app to my friends and after seeing my results quite a few have downloaded it too. Big thank you to the developers and all the people who contributed to the recipes!

The ultimate meal planner and generator

Hands down, Eat This Much is the ultimate meal planner and generator for! My family has relied on it for years, and it's been a game-changer in our kitchen. Thanks to this app, we've slashed our food expenses by mastering proper planning and utilizing its automatic grocery list feature. Whenever we're stumped for meal ideas, Eat This Much comes to the rescue with its extensive database of recipes and meals. It's like having a culinary encyclopedia right at our fingertips! Setting nutritional goals has never been easier – whether it's calories, macros, or specific dietary needs, this app has us covered. Plus, with the ability to customise meals set up for each day of the week, catering to different preferences or schedules is a breeze. Absolutely superb and extremely specific

I haven’t fully explored all the features of this app but this is exactly what I was looking for, to the point it’s literally titled to what I needed ‘eat this much’ haha, gives you many options for a meal plan and automatically does it for you with the designated amount of calories proteins carbs etc that you want, even has a grocery tab for when your shopping with the dates your shopping for in a friendly and simple layout, for example it will say for your week of food you need x amount of strawberries and it even says the amount of grams to make shopping easier. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be told to ‘eat this much’. Saves paying a personal trainer or going through the stress of trying to hit your macros your self
