Waiting for it to be vegan friendly...

I have the RP vegan templates which I love and have had great success with. I downloaded a free trial of the app to see what it’s all about, even though they have said it’s not suitable for vegans yet. I really liked using the app. It makes things very straightforward and I can see how it would be really good to keep you on track. I like how you can do weigh ins and it will continually adjust your cals for you.

I think the main buggy thing for me was that if you go over on a certain macro it didn’t tell you how much by, just that you had met that macro amount. I think this would make it easy to go over your cals quite a bit if you aren’t able to see the amounts exactly? Oh, and as others had said, it is very fiddly to get the right numbers with the toggle.

Other than that, I can’t wait for the app to be suitable for vegans so I can start my mass & cutting cycles using it!

Works well, needs tweaks

The app works love how it adjusts the calories and macros for you depending on how you are gaining or losing Disappointing that In the U.K. we pay almost twice as much as the US even though the app is really lacking on U.K. brands Suggestions It would be nice to set a recurring pattern over more days than 7 for example my work schedule is over 8 days having to change it every week could eventually wear thin and cause me to cancel for example I work Monday Tuesday 6am-6pm Wednesday Thursday 6pm-6am that means I finish Friday and am off work for 4 days then start again on the following Tuesday. More U.K. brands

So after just one week the scheduling is a nightmare, no good unless your schedule is consistent over 7 days, anything else you have to modify each day every day then you get clashes all gets very confusing.

Not sure how to use

Really like the awareness that comes from jigging macros around and this part of the app is very well done alongside the coaching sides.
But be honest I’ve spent so long searching for how to put a custom food in I’ve got frustrated and given up!
I also have to snack but there’s no way I can eat 5 meals with about 10g of carbs at each meal. That makes absolutely no sense for me. I need to eat something very small and quick between main meals but there’s no snack feature so I feel like I can’t use the app. It’s very rigid and my whole mentality is more free flow this is healthy and sustainable for me. I don’t want to borrow macros from here and there I just want to plan my food, be reminded and be done with it! I can’t see how anybody could maintain this rigidity every day forever so where does this kind of app lead for the majority?
Overall think it’s a good app but maybe just not for someone like me.
