I have to say this fan is exceptional. This is by far the best fan I’ve ever had. This circulates cool air and it cools down the room just perfectly. My living room is so hot. Family members have found the heat extremely uncomfortable. Since I’ve had my fan this has change things massively. My living room is a perfect temperature. The various modes are fantastic. I particularly like the app where I can set custom modes and name them. I have one called Mams sofa. Press that and it moves facing me directly in my seat at setting 5, great for hot flushes! The remote control is brilliant too. It’s clear and easy to use. Having a holder to house the remote is perfect if you are like me and lose all your remote controls. Having a child lock is great for little ones too, especially those in baby walkers as it’s level with those hands. It’s a fare weight too, making it a lot harder to move. Which can be great. There’s so much I can say but il be here all day…I only have pros I have zero cons. I highly recommend!

The app was working really well until the last update (3.1.2). Unfortunately the app will no longer allow me to set the heat level, I have to resort to using the remote which luckily still will. Please can you sort it out and I’ll add that 5th star. UPDATE: It appears to have been fixed now in the latest update (3.1.4). Thank you for fixing it, and I’ve now reinstated the 5th star 👍

The app is really good and works really well. One thing that I’ve noticed is that the fan doesn’t retain the settings made in the app such as panel sound and display option after a power disruption. So when we want to move fans between rooms, we need to again set the display and panel sound options again.

It would be nice to have the fan retain the settings. Even if the fan can’t do it, the app should then send the settings to the fan when a connection is established.
