Issues since the last few updates
Since the last few updates I’m having lots of issues trying to connect to my UL3 2nd Gen even though I’ve changed batteries in the lock and I’m standing right next to it I can’t get a connection. In the past closing the app and/or turning Bluetooth off/on would solve the problems for a while but today it just refuses to connect at all. iPhone 14 Pro with latest iOS and security release. Please fix this asap.
Latest update stops remote unlock
Hi, not sure why this is not already fixed, since the latest update, my iphone 14 pro max can not unlock the door remotely, but my other phone which I didn’t do the update on still works. Please can this be fixed. I can not believe I am the only person facing this issue, do you guys not test this before pushing out.
