Ok so brilliant piece of kit cats like it fresh litter all the time I love the convenience and the no mess emptying but there is a big issue if you are buying one of these lets face it very expensive cat toilets it does not support 5g routers believe it or not it only supports 2.4 ghz routers however it does still work offf line another thing the weighing is not that great I have 3 cats my litter robot can not tell the difference between two of them RFID tags would be a better solution to this issue because they weigh almost the same so Dennis or Tom can appear to use the toilet very often or not at all cleaning is easy it comes apart very easy and I would suggest you familiarise yourself with that before the unit is ever used there are some issues but overall it has made the cats happy made me less stressed no more digging for gold scooping out litter boxes no smell it’s very good at odour control
So happy with the litter robot 4 could be very happy if they sort out 2.4 ghz WiFi and add NFC or RFID so it can tell the difference between my cats

I think the Litter Robot 3 is more useful with the wifi control unit and this app. In particular it means I have some idea of my cats use of the machine even when I’m not near to it and it helps me anticipate when the waste drawer needs emptying. With two young active cats that’s roughly every 2 or 3 days. The meter seems to not be as sophisticated as I first thought and is essentially a count of number of cycles since last reset. The waste drawer full sensor triggers independently of the meter reaching “full”. Still it’s better than nothing and gives me some idea. The history graphs seem to be referring to the wrong data (at least the last seven days on the week view doesn’t seem correct; I’ve not checked exactly what is wrong but the two graphs don’t agree for the last seven days that’s for sure). Also the average cycles per day treats days before the unit started as if they were days in use with zero cycles, as opposed to excluding them from the calculation. This means the averages are incorrect for that first week and month respectively. Overall though I like the app and the device itself is very good.

Had a few different automatic cat little trays. All with many different problems and issues leading to quite labour intensive to maintain.
The litter robot 4 is by far the best thing since sliced bread.

Yes it’s expensive to buy, but the hassle free amazing design works and works Everytime.
The information you get from the app is invaluable. Letting you know when to empty, your cats weight, which cat has been using it and when.

You can be guaranteed that your cat will have a clean tray 100% of the time and a house that doesn’t smell like a cats tray.

Thanks to the litter robot 4 we discovered
That our little fur baby is having fur babies, after we notice the weight gain with out her showing signs of pregnancy.
So over all this is a genuine amazing product that we could not live with out.

Just 1 piece of advice. They do insurance that will cover for 4 years. Meaning 4 hassle free years for us and our 5 fur babies, soon to be a lot more.

To never have to scoop poo again is liberating lol
