Description
The Cue Band is a mobile application that serves as a companion to the Cue Band wearable. Through it, you will be able to create a 7-day schedule of cueing time, start and stop cueing at any moment, define the intensity, type (mobile vibration, audio or band vibration) and where to receive the cueing, and create daily self-reports to register drooling symptoms.
The app uses the smartphone’s Bluetooth to communicate with Cue Band, allowing the schedule to be set in the smartwatch and, at the same time, collecting data on the wearable daily usage. Through Bluetooth, the app will also be able to install new versions on the wearable firmware.
Features:
• Create a 7-day schedule of cueing times
• Start and stop cueing at any moment, whenever you most need
• Define the intensity and styles of the cueing
• Decide where to receive the cueing - mobile or wearable
• Use the wearable as a standalone to receive the cueing
• Create daily self-reports to register your drooling symptoms

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties with the Cue Band app. Can you please get in touch with our team via email (support@cue.band) and we can investigate this issue further and try to resolve it.
I know that we were experiencing some wider technical difficulties with our Cue Band platform around the time that you rated the app. This could be connected and we are keen to get this working so that you can continue to participate in the study.
Thanks,
Kyle

Hi,
Really sorry to hear that Cue Band isn't working for you. We received a number of emails from participants reporting a similar issue around this time in October. It was a wider issue with our delivery tracking system for the CueBand devices. Our team has since resolved this issue and we've released a new update that should allow you to open the application as normal. If you've not already downloaded the update, please try that now and see if the app works again as normal.
If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please get in touch with our team via email (support@cue.band) and we can investigate this issue further and try to resolve it.
Thanks,
Kyle
