Description
The Neu Health Platform helps evaluate signs and symptoms from patients with Parkinson's disease.
The platform includes a patient app linked to a care team dashboard. The patient app measures motor symptoms using digital tasks on a smartphone.
The platform helps patients with Parkinson's disease and care team members remotely monitor progression in the home environment.
Access to the app is via your care team, you must have been recommended the Neu Health platform by your healthcare professional to gain access. To benefit from the full functionality of the app, please speak to your clinical team.

Personal Parkinson’s symptoms tracker
Needs to be supported by your NHS neurology department for the app to function. Provides a medicine reminder & tracker plus variety of different symptom tests. Used to inform your clinical teams to provide an ongoing objective assessment of your symptoms, trends and forecast progression for potential proactive interventions.
Now with simplified data dashboard for users showing your personal data results used to inform the more comprehensive clinical dashboard. Accessed via the website my.neu.health
Also includes a comprehensive educational function on the Parkinson’s condition , including medication explanations and lots more.

The Neu Health App is currently only accessible to those who have been prescribed the App by their NHS clinical team. Neu Health is not yet available in all Trusts.
