With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Condeco helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes.
Requires Condeco Cloud subscription. Types of spaces that can be booked within the app depend on your organization's configuration.

Improved security causing a problem for me
Until recently this app worked well for me.
The Condeco Knowledge Center Product Release for the 15th August 2023 update says "Improved security by prohibiting the use of the Condeco mobile app on 'jail broken' devices". Since this update the app is reporting that both my iPad and my iPhone are jail broken. As a result I cannot use the app at all.
I have not jail broken either of the devices, both are running the latest iPad OS/ iOS and both have Malwarebytes installed. Both were purchased directly from Apple and have never been used by another person. My understanding is that to Jail break a device you have to have physical access to it. So it seems unlikely that either device has been jail broken without my knowledge.
I would be interested to know what checks Condeco is making to establish whether or not a device is jail broken.
Very frustrating experience with this app
I’ve been a daily user of the software for over a year now. My experience is not good. Despite multiple reboots, removals and reinstalls of the app, the only thing that seems to fix the daily problems is to login to the desktop app and then magically the app works again.
These repeated daily failing include having to go through full windows login multiple times just to be able to check in to a desk; auto check-in never having worked; to finally this morning’s fiasco of being told to select my default country - yet not allowing me to select a single country or bypass the screen. Once again, logging into the desktop app has caused the app to work again. Well, for today at least….
This all points to inadequate regression testing but ultimately leads to a very frustrating user experience.
Disappointing when it cannot get even the basics right.
There are several issues I’ve encountered with the app, both technical and design flaws.
Most worrying is that the recent update has not allowed me to check in for my desk and losing my booking because of this. The check in button no longer appears in the morning and I lose my bookings regularly without realising. The only solution is to access the website. Why have an app when it cannot do the basics of the website right?
Secondly, the layout of the bookings is really unintuitive. You are given a long list of calendar dates, which have no relevant information, and the most practical display comes up when you need to book something. I want the calendar view always displayed, not only when I book a desk. It would be more practical to see the calendar rather than a list of dates which doesn’t help at all. Yes it is nice to see who is in on that date, but it could work on a calendar view too.
Also, most companies do not work on weekends. Why display the days of the weekend? Take them out or allow users to choose not to see them.
