Super buggy! Please fix
I give it two stars not one only because it worked for a little bit before proceeding to not let me log in regardless of approach. Lots of buggy issues on top of that with connectivity. (I can log in fine on the website so I know my account works)
Doesn’t work for me
There is no way to send feedback or report an issue in the app so I’m doing it here.
I downloaded the app, created a login, authenticated and then logged in. I proceeded to add the briiv filter I just purchased following the instructions and connected.
Now in the app I can see my device has been added but clicking on it does nothing, the only active button on the screen is the logout button, I have logged out and logged in and also killed the app in attempt to fix it but to mo effect, if you could please either advise me how to sort or update the app to fix this issue
Easy to use
I have 3 briiv set up on the app and control them with the schedule function.
The remember me log in button is a needed additional and makes the process much smoother.
I’ve found it only works on 2.4 WiFi and not 5 but once I saw this in the FAQs I’ve not had any issues.
