Bahia Principe Hotels 4+

I cannot fault the service at this hotel, the staff are genuinely very friendly and cannot done nough for you. They remember you from a previous interaction which I find incredible given how big the resort is. The resort is looking a bit dated in places. Just painting the exterior of the room blocks would make a big difference but I love the place. I have managed to book an a la crate restaurant for every night and the food has been amazing but you need to get organised. The staff are very helpful though if you can’t manage to get anything via the app

I stayed in September 2024 and I am a repeat guest Bahia Principe never fail in delivering a great holiday experience we had a swim out room block 92 beautiful room, and spotless I would like to give a big thank you to Theresa who kept our room in pristine condition and Grey in reception she was fantastic, the food was lovey and always well cooked and plenty to eat, the beach was beautiful, we will be back in 2025 and are staying in Amber, and looking forward as usual to be back with the Bahia family

In 6 days I only had one knife that easily cut food. Time to renew them
The Dream Factory is all finger food yet hundred touch the same order screen every day so either use antibacterial wipes to regularly clean them or provide hand sanitizer machines. It’s a health hazard waiting to happen.
Maybe it’s a ground floor thing but my swim up room 8001 had far too many small flies even with the patio doors kept shut. every day, over 20. My family in upper rooms didn’t have the same problem.
Your staff and organisation is magnificent so it’s just these small improvements you need to note
