Password not recognized
I installed the app yesterday after I registered and booked a taxi on my pc. I went through the signing up procedure, and I used a “very strong” password. But neither the site nor the app recognize my credentials. I can’t sign in to the app, and I can’t sign in on my pc. Error, error, error. I reset the password three times, still not recognized. Sorry, it’s rubbish.
Terrible App
Allows you to book, and confirm pre-booking at a fixed price for journey home from airport.
When I went to the airport office for taxi home, they said there was no such booking and the fixed price was only an estimated price and had to pay an extra £2.50 ! A terrible company to deal with at LBA. I will never use them again!
Rubbish
Set up an account and needed to provide card details before they would let me book. They took £1.01 payment and then I found out I couldn’t book - it kept saying they had no availability.
I called them directly and booked. I asked about refunding the £1.01 fee and didn’t get a straight answer.
Rubbish app.
