Absa Ghana 17+

Has a potential to be a good App but validations don’t work correctly. The form requires you to fill in a Beneficiary name without allowing you to do it. Pretty basic stuff. Fix it please.

I am deeply disappointed with this app. It is extremely poor in design and far from user-friendly. Since the takeover, ABSA's service has been nothing short of a letdown.

The app constantly crashes, which is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, there is still no update that includes a live chat feature for overseas customers to easily connect with support. This lack of consideration only adds to the frustration.

I have been trying to open another account while overseas, but the app crashes repeatedly, making it impossible to complete the process. If ABSA truly values its customers and stakeholders, it’s time to prioritise revamping this outdated and inefficient app.

I have 2 other banking apps and they are super user friendly. I can’t even register my details, much less log in to this ABSA app!!! I spent several hours trying and failing. I called their customer service department and was advised to choose the “forgotten password” option even though this is the first time I’ve installed the app and haven’t even set up a password yet. I tried that several times, still nothing worked. Long story short, app is useless!
