Cannot access my banking now
Since the latest update I cannot get into my account via the app - not sure online. I now need some added verification but the notification doesn’t seem to be coming through to my phone. So I cannot access my banking. I’m UK based and rely on my banking to be accessibly via the app on my phone so this is a bit of a nightmare!
Problems with dates and transactions
I have not had the app very long and I think that the problem only occurred since the latest version.
If I try and look at transactions that include the current date, eg last 7 days, I am told that the date is in the future. I do not know if this is because I am in the U.K. and there is currently a two hour difference in time between the two countries.
Even if I try and use a custom date I can’t see any transactions even though I know that there had been a transaction today, the to date shows 15th even though it is only the 14th.
Service review
Sufficient, quick response on my App with payment confirmations. This reassures me I am banking with a safe bank that takes my safety and my money seriously!
Just wish their tellers did in the bank itself!
