SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERMS:
FitMind is a free mental training program. However, our services do cost money and we invite our community to help pay for the cost of running the training program. We offer two auto-renewing subscriptions at $19.99 per month and $9.99 per month. These are optional, and we appreciate your support and commitment to the FitMind community.

Your subscription to FitMind will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can turn off auto-renew or manage your subscription from your iTunes Store account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account.

This app integrates with the Apple Health app, adding "mindful minutes" in the Mindfulness section.

Best meditation app

In my opinion it is the best app because of the scientific and psychological approach. Since I find it very difficult to meditate, it is very helpful for me to have scientific data and truly understand how it works, how it can help me, etc. I’ve tried Headspace and Petit bambou which are beautifully designed, but the actual meditation is not as complete as FitMind.
