Open est - de loin - la meilleure application de Méditation testée. Il y a aussi des exercices de respiration, des cours de yoga & HIIT. Je la recommande vivement. Les méditations ont toutes les durées : des courtes de 5mn, d’autres plus longues… c’est magique ✨✨
