Doesn’t accept IBAN
The new version is much faster, but adding internal beneficiaries while inputting the IBAN number gives an error message “account number doesn’t match branch name”, despite the absence of a field to enter the branch name. After several trials, I was able to add the beneficiary by inputting the account number only.
Moreover, trying to use the one transfer only option, the currency pull down menu doesn’t give any options, leading to transaction rejection.
Ahly Points Integration
The app is very good, some updates regarding the Credit Card transactions that needs to be updated for easy monitoring rather that waiting till the end of month.
One more thing please integrate that Ahly points program to the app rather than being a separate website that require OTP each time to login to check the balance
Apple pay update does not work
After updating app to latest version, it doesn’t work anymore, when you try to open it, it keeps redirecting to apple store to update
