Overall my experience with Thndr is amazing, only I wonder why some functions which were exist are removed since last two updates, like when buy stocks I had to calculate the stocks based on my balance, earlier there was auto calculation feature which show you the maximum number of stock that you can buy

Their service is a joke, your money is not safe with them
I have been using their app for the past 3 months, invested more than 40k and trades daily, The service goes down 3 times a week at least, and takes a long time before it’s back, your orders will be pending for a long time, you will see the stock price changes before your eyes and your orders won’t be executed because of their terrible servers, even their alternative way to send emails with your orders like the stone age will also fail, the prices don’t always update realtime, the price depth fails to load when you need it the most, the push notifications will be delayed a lot before you know that your order was executed or the alert you made was actually fulfilled, and finally their customer service is beyond ridiculous and very aggravating, after you send multiple screenshots and report in every detail your problem they will simply close the chat and that’s with at least 30 minutes delay in a response
Needs an update
I’ve been using the app for several weeks now, and its very educating. The “Learn” section is very informative and provides a step by step guide for beginners interested in stock market investment. However, I’ve been witnessing several crashes and bugs for the past few days. The “Learn” section works perfectly, but both the “Explore” and “Invest” sections have several issues; the entire app crashes once you click on Invest and when you swipe between market performers. It also crashes when you click to view the performance of a specific company. My overall experience with the application is amazing, but it would be nice if those issues can be fixed asap so we can use the app normally again.
