Security
Your BM Online offers you a secure and trusted Mobile Banking experience through:
• User ID
• WAS authentication
• Transaction Password
1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

This version includes a new feature and an enhanced experience as following:
- The option to activate your renewed or replaced debit card. This new card will replace your current debit card, which will expire soon.
- Cheque book request delivery branch enhancement.

One remark needs fulfillment
When explore your account activity, the records are displayed from old to new. Now, if you have plenty of activities in your account, and you need to check the most recent, you will have to scroll down by punches of 15 record maximum. My suggestion is very simple and worth trying; make the records descending in time not ascending. This one should be i a separate review, anyhow, I will consider the BM app perfect if it allows me to control my certificates to be renewed or not at any time. I also need to know why this feature is so hard to BM while it is there since ages on NBE online and app?

BM Online and SMS for online transactions
I have been using the app for while now, everything is great, the app is responsive and easy to use. However, it would be a great opportunity to waive the use of the Soft Taken application and depend solely on BM Online. For example, we can confirm a payment, transactions through SMS to spare the customer the burden and time of using two applications at the same time

Really efficient
I truly appreciate this app. The developers looks like they did an awesome job. I used to live abroad and an used to use such banking experience in Japan. It is really much more direct, straight forward and easy to use. I would hope to have a little bit more options like spending categories and statistics for in and out. But overall it is just to the point. Please keep on going forward.
