Intentionally Manipulated Me
Regardless of all the years this company has been stealing people’s money, it lately started making them sign contracts that they know nothing about. I was visiting Jordan for a month and I purchased a Mifi (Carriable Wifi). I went to an authorized seller and explained my situation and that I will only be in Jordan for a month, signed some papers, payed for my 1 month purchase, and got the Mifi. 2 months later, they informed me that I signed a year contract and that if I don’t make my monthly payments, they will file a lawsuit. The contract wasn’t available for revocation and cancellation would cost more than the amount of payments I would pay in 12 months.
I have heard the exact same story happen with a few people I know and that it’s the new way this company makes its money.
I highly don’t recommend this company due to their different strategies of scamming people. If you insist on using it, just be extra careful and read every single word on any paper you sign.
Absolutely terrible
Horrible app, has like 3 different buttons for cellular packages which makes it very unclear. You can never complete a full task through the app you’ll always need to call a support from zain, which renders the app useless in my opinion. I’ve tried tens of different apps in different countries and I’ve never seen such service. Oh and along with that, last time i’ve made a call to them they told me, that I was ignorant enough to press on ads sent automatically to my phone and I was scammed out of 5JDs. Those are ads YOU give permission to send to my phone and there’s no way to cancel them, and by the way, I never pressed any button other than exit, which makes it your fault. Stop scamming people and sending hundreds of these ads to our phones.
