Unable to login on the app

I have been having difficulty logging in on my phone for the last few days, is there an issue that’s been fixed?

YU has fallen from Grace

I don’t have to elaborate follow everything that’s been happening since 1995 in terms of break offs…The tumult with presidents, and that Rav Shechter is not the HaRosh Yeshiva but the Dean of Riets, with implementations that detract from Riets Smicha enacted says everything.
Torahs morality is constant whether steeped in the Hedonism of Rome, or Victorian times.
A YU student today is so unrelated to the concept of a US candidate openly declaring themselves as Socialists being incomprehensible opposed to people who are in their mid thirties that technology aging lack of Mesorah etc…there’s chaos.
When a Beis Medrash has to separate Talmidim by shiur, you immediately are acknowledging two things
1. You have no issue violating lo Sisogedu
2. You don’t want the Beis Medrash to be a unified entity
I’m embarrassed…I tossed a lot of my Serugahs so I’m not associated with the outright kephirah. From Riskin, and Weiss Orthodox Pluralism…RSR Hirsch, and Rav Gifter were very on the nose when they hated the label applied by Maskilim of “Orthodox”
I’d rather be called a Modernishe Shomer Mitzvos/Mitvot than Orthodox/Modern Orthodox/Neo Orthodox all that did was create a Predominant Navardok lifestyle in Eretz Yisrael and forced Litvaks to have to back Chasdim which is their own issue if you follow NYS politics.

Great app - poor tech support

This is a great app, and I used it regularly. However, it stopped playing any shiurim. After troubleshooting every way I could think of, I reached out 4 times to try to get assistance but without response. Several hours after resetting my password yet again - and still hearing no response from them - I accidentally tried it again and lo and behold it worked. However, it only played one shiur before stopping playing again. I recognize most people aren’t sending them tzedukah for a free app/shiurim like I’ve been for years, but frankly I’d still expect some response, at least a form email. Otherwise I’d give the app 5 stars. At this point I’m giving up
