Was hoping to import files
I was hoping to import files from websites that I wanted to print.
Now it works most of the time
I must say, at first I had some issues with it, too. So I quit for couple of weeks, now they updated some new features and really not bad, especially the control your printing with your phone, that was amazing. Definitely what I need.
App needs to be revamped completely!
The app needs a complete overhaul so that it consistently works. Father first time we used it it worked fine. 2nd day using it we had to switch back and forth between the printer hotspot and our Wi-Fi to print anything. 3rd time using it and Noe the app won’t load, keeps saying network connection error when there is no issue with our Wi-Fi, and the app is now completely useless. Now we have printer and no way to print anything. The company needs to fix this!
