XMAKER 17+

Used the printer for a couple of days. Really enjoyed the print quality and ease of the app. But…. Just like everyone else. It crashed. And now it won’t come back. White screen and nothing else. You’d think with all of the reviews that they’d try to fix it. But they don’t and they probably won’t. It’s a Chinese company and they already have your money. You can go online and download files to a thumb drive. But part of the reason you buy this printer is to use the app which I’ll admit makes it fun and easy when it’s working.

We bought this for our kids for Christmas. It worked for a couple hours and then the app just failed. When you open it, it just shows a white screen. There’s nothing else and you can’t do anything or click anything. We’ve tried downloading it on multiple phones and have even deleted and reinstalled it. It just doesn’t work.

This thing is total junk. All the bad reviews are true.

Giving this to our kids as a gift and then not having it work was really terrible.

The fact that we have to even waste our time sending this piece of garbage back is awful. This company stinks and they know it. If this thing actually worked they would’ve had an option for support.

people are complaining about a error where the app won’t work after a single use I KNOW A SOLUTION to fix the error all you have to do is delete and reinstall the app after that all you need to do is reconnect the printer to the app and sign in and that’s it you will have all your points and all your saved stuff after signing in yes the solution is a big hassle but it works
