Walk-On's 4+

I was in the middle of check out and selected to use my reward. As I was in the next step with adding a different card after it deducted the $5 from my total, I guess I timed out while getting my card. Gave me an error about timed out so I went back into the order but my $5 reward was no longer there.

We ordered a to-go order from Burbank, Baton Rouge location on a non-game day Saturday; when we drove home (15 minutes) we found that the shrimp were missing from zydeco salad, up charge was paid for onion rings but we didn’t have them, also we had Mahi with mangos instead of Mardis Gras Mahi, I phoned store twice but manager never called me back; we stopped by that night and employee was instructed to tell us that the manager had issued refund and we should see in a couple of days. 5 days later and still no refund on card :/ not great

Normally pleased with food and service this time they messed up order when I called they said it would be about 10 minutes. Got back to restaurant about 15 minutes after and had to wait another 15 minutes for ( which put it at a total of 30 minutes maybe a little longer) for two orders of onion rings. When I informed them that the warm onion ring should go nice with my now cold $15 burger got a smug look and a ‘sorry there is nothing we can do”.

To make things worse hamburger was dry and chewy this time
