Great app, but…
I was trying to order and it keeps asking me to select yes or no to add a soda as an error message before adding a dozen cookies to my cart. After pressing ok, there is no where on the screen that asks about sodas.
Downloaded and Deleted in under 10 minutes
I downloaded this app to place an order but was unsuccessful because it doesn’t give options to select type of regular cookies. I wanted sugar and chocolate chip, but couldn’t request it. So I wrote my requested cookie types in the box and when I hit add to my cart. I got an error message that stated “Oops! 12 cookies is currently unavailable”. However I wasn’t ordering 12 cookies. SMH. Don’t waste time with this app. It needs lots of work. It can’t handle basic stuff like allowing an order to be placed. 2 stars are because I love their cookies but the app is no good.
Several years and same issues
I haven’t been able to log into the app for years. I have reset the password multiple times and it tells me when it is wrong or when it is right it sends me to “the next step” to put in my phone number. Once I put in my phone number it says that is already in use and won’t let me proceed but isn’t that the point of logging in, because I already have an account with my phone number? I am frustrated and there is ok way for me to check the balance which is probably decent since I buy several of the cookie cakes a year.
