About this App:
Your licence plate is your permit. Access your virtual parking permits account to create and manage your digital parking permits.
This is the mobile tenant application for the virtualparkingpermits.com system. You need to have an existing valid account to use the application, be a resident or a guest of a property that utilizes the virtualparkingpermits.com system.
With the virtualparkingpermits.com application, residents no longer need paper permits for their vehicles or their guests' vehicles. The licence plate number and vehicle information is the permit. Tenants can access their online account and create digital parking permits via a simple intuitive interface right on their phone.
There are many benefits for the virtual parking permits system:
Virtual permits cannot be copied or altered
100% paperless and environmentally friendly
Contactless virtual solution is a safer process to obtain a permit.
Residents can make changes to their own vehicles or register guests immediately.

Lacks basic functionality, forced by apartments
A college freshman could make a better app for parking than this. Forced on you by apartment complexes who don’t do their research.
Some extremely basic stuff that’s missing:
- can only issue passes for 24hrs at a time. so you waste an entire day if someone wants to only visit you for 1 hour for example. If someone has to visit you multiple days, you have to re-register them yourself after the current one expires.
- can only re-register ones the previous one expires. Cant re-register in advance. no reminder, no email, nothing about your pass expiring. Benefits towing companies and the apartment complex’s cut from it I suppose. Capitalist corporate greed has no end.
Worst
This very bad application would be better a website. Only let me change 5 times my permits, I pay for the parking space, I can change the car several times. You have to wait 24 hours to be able to register another guest, if I am sick someone comes only for 1 hour and then another person comes and another one to visit me can not, there is no option to edit my guest space. Improve the app or switch to a website, this only benefits towers and not at all the people who live in the condo.
Terrible User Experience, Terrible User Interface
This app seems like a first grader developed it. It doesn’t store previous license plates so you have to enter plates manually every single time, even if the same car needs a permit every day. The permits only last for 24 hours so if you need to park somewhere for let’s say 4 days, you have to enter car details 4 separate times every 24 hours.
You have to sign in for every single use because it signs you out and cannot save your password/account info
