Not just another garbage app

I hate collecting apps for everything I buy, but when they direct you to an app that’s garbage, it’s infuriating. This, happily, is not the case. This app is very easy to navigate and conduct your business. Even though I needed to reset my password, it was smooth. I was in, adding a new FOP, and confirming payment in less than 5 minutes. I found reward points waiting for me, too. Score! This is probably the best app I’ve been forced to download.

Overall good but could use some improvements

I've been using their app for years to pay my bill and I do like it, but there are a few things that need to be fixed for me to give it a higher rating.
First is the login itself. For quite some time now it won't log in at first and I have to tap the Face ID icon to get it to do another scan, which it also approves, and then it will log in. Especially frustrating if you don't try that and resort to using your password.
Recently the app has become off-centered and will readjust itself as you scroll down. This also has the added issue of the top icons being misaligned and they do NOT get fixed.
I would like it if the app would remember my setting for a daily overview. A bar chart isn't as easily read as seeing a monthly grid with kWh and $ cost for each day and being able to "remember" which I last set it to instead of having to choose that each time I open the app because someone thought the other view should've been default is irksome.
Hopefully the misalignment issue doesn't cause any hiccups for when my contract comes up for renewal (and hopefully it'll be fixed by then).

Great company, app is not so great.

I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years now and I think the service is really good however, the app is extremely buggy. Face ID rarely works and I have to put in my password twice just to log in (which results in a warning from the app saying 5 failed login attempts will result in a 30 minute time out). It’s irritating because the password I use is the password from the Face ID and it does work but the first time it acts like it’s the incorrect password but when I reuse faceid again it logs me in automatically. Another issue I’ve faced is that when you do login sometimes it bugs out and the entire screen freezes with no UI on the app loading so I have to restart it and it gives me the login attempt warning once again. Again, this service is great however you are better off paying your bills on the we site since the app is so buggy.
