Vie in French (pronounced like “Vee”) simply means “life." Vie Athletics is a place where women are guided and developed into the healthiest and strongest versions of themselves. Created just for her, Vie is a safe and energetic place where a beautiful fusion of strength, health, and sisterhood come together.
Vie Athletics is a class based fitness studio. We specialize in full body strength endurance workouts. In our classes you will use free weights, run, jump, and use your body weight. Every movement comes with encouraged modifications, allowing all age ranges, experience levels, and lifestyles to feel challenged yet safe. Our workouts are Physical Therapist approved, ensuring our programming is well balanced. Each unique workout is made with great care, focusing on our member's long term health. Through our studios, Coaches, and concepts, you will find joy and strength in movement.
