Description
The DINW mobile app makes scheduling your imaging appointments quick and easy. Using the app, you can make your appointments, fill out any necessary forms or documents, and even check in to your appointment using your mobile device, rather than waiting in the waiting room.
Diagnostic Imaging Northwest (DINW) is the community’s source for convenient diagnostic imaging serving the East Pierce County region. We are a local partnership of sub-specialized radiologists providing high-quality, patient-centered care. DINW has combined compassionate, individualized care with leading-edge technology to offer the highest expertise and quality in medical imaging. Our radiology physicians, technologists, and staff provide our referring physicians and patients with excellence in care.
DINW is an alliance between TRA Medical Imaging and MultiCare Health System with 3 outpatient imaging centers conveniently serving the East Pierce County region.

• The patient account number is included in the header on the billing screen when accessing an external billing portal.

Pretty useless
Cannot pay bills associated to your information without a specific invoice number (I know I have pending charges and have not received any invulnerable). Cannot edit personal health information such as allergies or medications. Check-in times are incorrect; shows at time of test when they are 15min earlier according to phone and appointment reminders.
Doesn’t let you sign up
Can’t make an appointment because it doesn’t let you finish signing up for an account. It says “internal server error” and you cannot continue after putting in your phone number.
No idea if it works
No idea if it works because it wouldn’t let me sign up. They want you to use the app but when I try to use the app it just says it can’t make an account and makes me call anyways which was just a waste of time.
