UMB’s powerful expense management capabilities let you streamline your expense reporting to capture receipts when you make purchases. Upload receipt images directly from your mobile device. Take advantage of the account listing to view all your accounts and transactions, and easily code transactions from anywhere.
For account managers and approvers:
The app gives you convenient anytime access so you can review and approve your cardholders’ transactions on-the-go.

This app is an extension of the UMB Commercial Card online platform. To use the app, you must have:

+ Access to the UMB Commercial Card online platform. Contact your program administrator if you need assistance with online access.

The Approvals screen is now easier to use. Expenses are ordered by date rather than by name and you can now filter by employee name.

Flakey, unreliable
Ridiculous that a large company such as UMB allows a business support product to be so poor. It’s not rocket science. The app crashes or shuts down. Import is flakey. Horrible.
