Cannot view or manage investment portion of HSA. Investment options are weak - no money market.

The login process is tedious and frustrating. It constantly makes me log in (after going less than 2 weeks of not using it - maybe even a few days?) even though I have Face ID enabled. The two factor authentication is annoying as well. It sends an email rather than a text message. This makes it harder when I’m not on WiFi and trying to avoid using cell data (not everyone pays for unlimited data).

Every card swipe activity shows my name, even though the card used may have been the card for my wife or child.

Thank you for the feedback. We're always releasing enhancements, and investments via mobile is a feature we're working on now. Security is important to us, but we also understand your need for convenience. We appreciate your comments, and we look forward to future app updates.

Easy to use!

This is a great app and definitely easy to use. I recommend downloading it if you want a quick way to submit claim and get reimbursed. Many ways to get reimbursed (PayPal or Venmo even!). Always updating their system to be user friendly, thank you!

Great app!

This app was very easy and straightforward to use and I haven't experienced any bugs. From login to making payments, the process was as smooth as could be. No complaints here!
