Timelogger Plus: Hours tracker 4+

I love this app, it has just the right features and leaves out the unnecessary. I immediately purchased the paid version because I was so happy with the free version.

Just one feature that I wish it had is the possibility for automatically merging activities synced from different devices. When I run the app on my phone, the active status eventually is synced with the iPad app, but occasionally when I turn a task off on my phone, the task on the iPad keeps running until manually stopped. Then I end up with two entries of the same activity logged in the app and need to manually delete one of them.
In the free version, this was avoidable with the single timer function, but I can't seem to find the same setting in this one. Perhaps I haven't done my research, but if this is taken care of the app would be perfect.

I really want to use this app, but 1) it appears the developer doesn't put much (if any) time into perfecting it (i.e. the version history is showing an update about every 1.5 years), 2) the syncing between the Mac, iPhone and iPad is iffy at times, where, out of the blue, it says "Warning: Your iCloud account has changed," when nothing has changed at all, hence causing you to sync all 3 devices manually), and 3) there are still kinks in the app where, for instance, the list of apps does not sync in their proper order on the Home page of the app (in other words, I have Groups lined up in a 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 order, but in the Home Page, they show up as 5, 2, 4, 1, 0, and 3....).

And so, until these fixes are made, I have no choice but to abandon this app for the time being. It does have some great features such as the ability to manually track income, and the ability to see the tasks as groups, tasks, and more very well. But, due to the syncing issues and the other stuff above, I'll just use something else. Hopefully, this app will be updated more frequently so it can become one of the greats at time tracking!

I have used most of the time tracking apps available and nothing compares to the way this works. Timelogger Plus gives you the reports and visual feedback you need to understand where your time is allocated. It does take a little time to get used to but very quickly it all makes sense. One feature that would help quick entry would be the ability to lock minutes to 15 min increments, or 6 or 10 but that would speed the manual entries, but that is minor. I did have an issue with my iPad Pro not syncing while the iPhone was just fine. I sent support a question about this and got a very quick response to help. Now the iPhone and iPad have the same data and is working perfectly. Do yourself a favor and just get this app!!
