Horrible

This was the worst app I have ever used and I don’t often care too much about apps. I’ve always been able to figure them out and troubleshoot independently. I love taking my son to arcades and I had a horrible time when we used this because the scanner repeatedly would not work and I would have to scan multiple times. If we started a two player game it would take so long to scan the second player in that it messed up a lot of the games. The dashboard only updated when I closed and reopened the app so we were constantly stopping to do that. Even when setting my profile I confirmed my email and when I tried to add credits it kept telling me my email wasn’t confirmed. When I tried to confirm my email again it kept telling me I had already done it. Nothing worked correctly. I spent 45 minutes out of the hour and a half we were there struggling to make this work.

For us, the security of our users is a high priority, therefore we are using highly secured third-party tools from big companies.
Unfortunately, during the period of your review, our third-party tools had a server issue, which caused our app to limit its functionality to avoid security leaks.
Since then we've released a new and better version. In which we took your review and set for ourselves a high priority for the inconvenience you have mentioned.
We will do our best to improve the algorithms and improve our client's experience.
We hope you could understand this issue, and we will appreciate a second chance for the first impression :)

Poor quality.

This app… well, definitely needs a lot of work done to it to make it work better. It took me nearly an hour to log into the service. It kept saying my email and password were incorrect. Even though I have them written down. Or it kept telling me an error occurred.

Tried to take my little brother out to the arcade we have in the mall, but this caused such an issue. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Grrrrr doesn’t scan

My kid ran off while waiting on the game to recognize the phone. Have $35 on the card can’t figure out how to get the machine to read. Not only the app but purchased the physical card which was supposed to have $10 on it. It had $1 worth of credits on it. No phone number on the machine to call for support. Wish the local jump n play did not switch over to this useless system.
