I also agree with the user who wrote on August 6 that “it would be great if you could just put in your phone number and it would automatically load all the deals or rewards”instead of having to clip them into your account. I have had the same experience with the app crashing when you do try to do something every time. I have tried to delete the app and then reload it but still no improvement.
When it crashes your rewards are gone or deleted. Don’t try calling the store because they have no empathy when you explain what has happened. It’s like they say somehow that you are to blame, even though the rewards were there and they disappear mysteriously.
Or I have been told something like they expired. On some deals, they have certain days or products where you get double the rewards however the app does not track them properly because they are not showing up.
Like the previous person to comment, I too shop almost exclusive Save-mart but the constant problems with the app crashing , the poor feedback from the administrators of the individual store and not tracking rewards are making it impossible to appreciate and really making it not worth the trouble.
In this age,it is becoming clear that now it is reversed to where I mostly shop elsewhere exclusively due to the ease of an app that loads the deals correctly to avoid a headache.

Having rewards is great an all but honestly having to clip the coupons prior to entering my phone number or scanning makes me not want to even bother with rewards at all. It’s a hassle. It would be great if there were a way to automatically deduct the deals just by entering the phone number for rewards or scanning. Most of the time when I try to apply rewards earned the app crashes or doesn’t load and somehow now I have negative rewards. I shop at save mart almost exclusively for groceries. It’s just that as a busy mom I don’t have time to pre shop before shopping and my anxiety goes thru the roof making people wait behind me so I can search for the coupons of the items I added to my cart and I constantly apologize to the people behind me for being unprepared.

Other than that I suppose the app is okay.

This is a completely unusable app. I think intentionally they have set it up to gather all of our information, but to give us absolutely no rewards. When I pull up the app at home, I am automatically logged in, but the minute I’m in the store, it not only logs me out, but will not let me log myself back in. Even if I choose “forgot my password“ it tells me my email address is not valid, which is incorrect as I can see that that is my email when I get home and see myself logged in. While locked out at the store, it gives me a link to “call“ or “email“. I have tried both and received absolutely no service. The boy at the end of the phone was an absolute waste of time. They need to not fraudulently pretend that they understand the technology required to run an app and delete this app immediately.
