Fine, but refuses to stay logged in
It drives me crazy, won’t stay logged in for even a few hours. The app itself is fine, nothing special but adequately functional. Would be much less annoying if I didn’t have to redo the three part login that my password manager doesn’t work with every time I opened it.
Much Improved
Way easier and intuitive than the prior banking platform
SVB go *REQUIRES* annoying and unreliable biometrics
Well, I used to love working with SVB, now they’ve complicated 2-factor authentication by REQUIRING biometric ID on the phone, which I think is unreliable and I don’t use. There is no work-around. Am looking into other options as we’re just starting up a NewCo and if we’re going g to change banks, now is the time. This is really disappointing as so much about SVB is better than other banking options.
